But don't worry! Our friendly staff are always here to guide you every step of the way.
Right from day one, a young person will have a key worker to support them. A key worker is a member of staff who will help the young person settle into the home and get them familiar with the house's routines.
Every young person and young adult will be treated with dignity and respect and have access to a home which values them as a person and welcomes their contribution.
At Circle Supported Homes every young person will have access to their own fully furnished bedroom. Each young person will be given the opportunity to personalise their room and this will be supported in discussions with their keyworker.
We help young people prepare for their next step, whether that means:
Returning Home
Moving to a foster family
Starting college or university
Learning to live independently
Our goal is to make every stay positive, supportive, and full of opportunity.
Every young person has a care plan that covers:
Education - Support to attend school, college, and training
Health & Well-being - Encouragement to eat well and live healthily
Activities - Fun, creative, and social experiences
Safety & Support - Helping you feel secure and protected
Together, we'll create a placement plan tailored to your needs, making sure you're involved every step of the way. Your plan is private and is there to give you the best opportunities.
We believe in active participation, so young people are encouraged to:
Join community based support
Take part in weekly planning
